Do I need an account to inquire about an activity?
No. Anyone can search and send an inquiry without signing up. Only those offering activities (companies, guides, operators) need an account to list them.

Does Interpatagonia Experience run the activities itself?
No. We're a directory connecting travelers with guides, operators and companies. The booking of the activity, insurance and the conditions under which it takes place are always between you and the provider, not us.

How do I pay for the booking?
You coordinate directly with the provider, however they accept payment (transfer, cash, card). Interpatagonia Experience does not process payments between you and the provider.

What if I have a problem or an accident during the activity?
Since the booking is between you and the provider, any claim or accident is resolved directly with them — they are responsible for the activity and its insurance. See details in our Terms and Conditions.

What do I need to do an activity?
It varies by activity: minimum age, difficulty, fitness level and required gear. The main ones show on each activity's listing, and the provider confirms the rest when you inquire.

Where and when do we meet?
You coordinate it directly with the provider: meeting point, time and what to bring are set by each provider, not the platform.

I offer activities, what do I need to list them?
Register, list your activities with real photos and details, and keep your licenses, insurance and paperwork up to date (whatever your activity requires) — that's what you agree to in our Terms and Conditions when you sign up.

How much does it cost to list?
Nothing to list. We charge a 10% commission on bookings confirmed from a platform inquiry.
